Superior range comes in either 1836mm lengths x 210 high and there are 9 Boards per panel and the Ultimate range in 1.830m lengths x 300 high. Your fence should be made up of all full fence panel kits except the last panel may have to be trimmed down in order to fit. Please feel free to Contact our expert advisers for more advice.
In order to work out how much material you would require, we first ask you to take measurements of your proposed fencing area(s). You can then input these measurements into our online calculator which will automatically calculate out how much fencing you will require. eComposite products are designed to take on very little water (c.1%). Our ranges have a much lower absorption rate than timber which heavily reduces the likelihood of wet rot over a longer period of time.
Products will naturally lighten over the first 2-3 month and then will stabilize after this period.
Our Composite Fence is available in a variety of colours. For the Superior range we have the natural browns: Chestnut, Irish Oak and Walnut, then the modern greys: Pebble Grey and Slate Grey. Our Ultimate range consists of Charcoal, and Dark Oak. If you have a large requirement, then we can special order a colour for you.
The Superior & Ultimate product range can be used in a choice of locations, both domestic and commercial. Most common are for around communal areas, Garden Boundaries, as well as many more practical uses.
Yes we are able to deliver to Scotland and Northern Ireland but please contact the team to advise what you require and we can provide a cost for delivery.
A limited manufacturer’s warranty is offered on all products listed on the eComposite Products Ltd website. These warranties will cover you in case of product failure under normal use and conditions, also from manufacturing defects. Please ensure you read the full product warranty carefully before purchasing.
We can accept returns so long as they are in perfect condition and in the original packaging however there will be a 20% restocking fee applied. You will be required to organise the delivery of the goods back to our warehouse where we will then check the goods and process the refund accordingly.
Using a standard household washing up liquid will be effective when cleaning Superior & Ultimate Range of products, do not use any cleaners stronger than this or any cleaners containing a bleaching agent. For any assistance please one of our agents to discuss further 01543 471348
These can be cleaned in a variety of ways dependent on the mark or stain you need to remove. In the first instance you can try cleaning your fence surface with soapy warm water and a soft bristled brush.
Superior and Ultimate Range of products are manufactured to withstand the elements, but to ensure their lasting beauty we recommend taking extra care when moving bar b que’s and furniture, etc around your perimeter. Any marks will naturally weather and blend in with the rest of the board after 2-3 months. Natural tanning water marks may also appear in the first 1-2 months after installing our range products. This is the natural tanning oils being released from the wood powder and will wash away over time or can be removed with warm soapy water.
After installation of your fencing, there is a settling in period of 3 months. To speed up this process we advise you wash your fencing down with a spray lance to remove any manufacturing / installation debris that may still be present.
Superior and Ultimate Range of composite fence products are already coloured so do not require painting at all. Also, due to the plastic content within our products there is no need for any further treatment. This also makes it easy to clean.
Composite fencing installation is very similar to traditional fencing and as a result can be installed by any reputable contractor. We do however have a handful of reputable installers who install our product – please contact the team if necessary, but as with any third party, we recommend that you follow your own precautions before entering into a contract with them.
Yes, all of the products listed on the website come with an easy to understand and downloadable installation guide that we strongly recommend using.
To install Superior and Ultimate products you will only require basic woodwork tools, Hand Drill and lmpact Driver. we recommend a Circular Saw with a thin kerf 40-tooth alternate top bevel finish blade to achieve the cleanest cuts and accuracy of the installation for cutting the final boards in the last run.
As composite and plastic material expands and contract down the length of the product from changes in temperature, we do always suggest a small expansion gap is left between the post and the boards of each product. The correct spacing required can be found in the installation guide.
All Fixings and brackets are supplied with Superior and Ultimate Range products. Composite material is subject to expansion and contraction under changes in temperature, we allow 450mm minimum on each post, so that you can bury it in the ground in order to give your fence enough rigidity and strength to with stand 70 mph winds . the 450mm of post should be anchored in a 300mm minimum width hole and then refilled with dry mix concrete to secure. We can help you estimate the amount of concrete for installation, these are available to order as separate items on our website.
